Tolkien provided great detail on the appearance, mannerisms, garb, music, and especially language of each race and variant culture there of. This section is designed to help amalgamate all that information into one great reference, usable for any RPG system. Each race and culture will provide non-system specific information first, then have a section of game system specific interpretations.
