The third largest community in Lindon. Harlond is less prepossessing than its larger counterparts. The lowing cliffs upon which the town sits are carved with stone steps descending to the sheltered beach where the shipwrights and the fishermen do their work. The tall tower of Celeborn turns on its flank a windmill, wings shaped like a dragonfly’s.
