The southern reaches of the vast arid area known as Harad. Far Harad encompasses all the lands north of the foothills of the Yellow Mountains and south of line between An Aras on the Belegaer and Clyan along the flank of the Ered Harmal. The highlands called Raj is the cultural centre and richest region of Far Harad. Bozisha-Miraz is the southern Haradrim’s name for Far Harad.
