Hotmail blocking all emails from merp.com without any explanation!

We waded through their lengthy redundant circular links, and finally found the forms to fill in and submitted a trouble

ticket to find out why all of a sudden all hotmail.com users can no longer get emails from merp.com.

Their bounces messages are useless and give no specific reason or means of finding out WHY the emails

are now rejected after so many years - only a long string of "possibilities" with no means of finding out why like most

responsible ISPs would normally provide.

We'll have to advise you to NOT register with a hotmail (and presumably msn and related) account(s) if/until

this issue is resolved.

They want a ridiculous number of hoops jumped through, and registration with an obnoxious number of their

proprietary "services", and they want far too much information about what software and services we're running, typicaly

Microsoft invasiveness and inefficiency and unnecessary bureaucracy.

Anyhow, we apologize to all the email list subscribers, and those trying to join the new version of the site, unfortunately

there is nothing we can do on our end at this point to fix hotmail.com rejecting your requests.

Our best recommendation is you switch to a more competent provider for your email services (at least for now, if not

indefinitely).
